KWIN CITY

KWINcity is a large-scale urban development envisioned as a future-ready city, designed to integrate infrastructure, mobility, and sustainable growth within a cohesive masterplan. Spanning over 5,800 acres, the project brings together residential, commercial, and industrial zones, supported by a well-structured transportation network.

The proposal emphasizes connectivity and efficiency, featuring a central monorail system alongside a hierarchy of roads and transit corridors. The masterplan also incorporates public spaces, green infrastructure, and a forward-looking approach to urban living.

the project was led by Sagar LM as one of the Lead Visualizer, focusing on developing the overall visual narrative. This included building large-scale master models, producing high-end renders, and creating cinematic visualisations that communicate the scale, clarity, and future vision of the development.

The visual approach was driven by atmosphere, composition, and storytelling — translating complex urban strategies into clear, engaging imagery that reflects both the design intent and the experiential quality of the city.
