Conceptual Mixed-Use High Rise Proposal — Bremen, Germany

A conceptual mixed-use high-rise envisioned as a contemporary urban landmark for Bremen, Germany. The design explores stacked volumetric masses separated by open structural transition floors, creating elevated public terraces, natural ventilation zones, and visual lightness within the skyline.

The tower combines flexible office spaces, hospitality, and public-oriented programs within a transparent glass façade system accented by warm metallic framing and integrated landscape terraces. Inspired by sustainable European urbanism, the proposal emphasizes walkability, daylight access, greenery integration, and an active street-level experience.

The project aims to demonstrate a future-forward architectural identity that balances structural expression, urban connectivity, and human-scale public interaction within a dense metropolitan context.
